Worker Terms & Conditions

1. About HospoMatch

HospoMatch is a hospitality recruitment platform operated by Ebushi Pty Ltd (ABN 50 620 161 462), trading as HospoMatch ("we", "us", "our"). By creating a worker profile or submitting your details via QR code, web form, or any other means, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Your Profile & Data

When you register on HospoMatch — whether directly or via a QR code at a hospitality venue — you provide personal information including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number, location, work history, skills, and resume. You confirm that:

• All information you provide is accurate and up to date.
• You consent to this information being stored securely on HospoMatch's cloud-based platform.
• Your data will be used for the sole purpose of matching you with suitable hospitality employment opportunities.

3. Consent to Be Contacted

By creating or verifying a profile and accepting these Terms, unless you explicitly keep the profile private or later turn external matching off, you consent to being contacted by HospoMatch and/or registered businesses on the platform via:

• Email
• SMS / text message
• Phone call (including AI-assisted calls)

This contact will relate to job opportunities, profile updates, and platform notifications. You may opt out at any time by contacting us at admin@hospomatch.com.au or following the unsubscribe instructions in any message.

4. Resume Uploaded by a Business

If your resume was uploaded to HospoMatch by a hospitality business (e.g. a venue where you submitted a paper or digital CV), the following applies:

• Your resume data is initially private to and usable for recruitment by the business that uploaded it.
• When you verify your profile and accept these Terms, your profile becomes eligible for relevant matching with other registered HospoMatch businesses unless you explicitly choose to keep it private.
• Your resume is not publicly listed. Registered businesses may view your profile only for recruitment and job-matching purposes.
• You can turn external matching off or back on later from your worker dashboard, and you can request deletion of your data.

5. Data Ownership & Sharing

Your personal data remains yours. Ebushi Pty Ltd (ABN 50 620 161 462), trading as HospoMatch, acts as a data custodian and processes your information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

• Your information is shared only with hospitality businesses registered on the HospoMatch platform for recruitment purposes.
• Your data is never sold to third parties.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing admin@hospomatch.com.au.

6. Right to Opt Out & Data Deletion

You have the right to:

• Turn external business matching off while retaining access to your worker profile.
• Withdraw consent and opt out of the platform at any time.
• Request complete deletion of your profile, resume, and all associated data.
• Update your contact preferences or restrict how your data is used.

To exercise these rights, email admin@hospomatch.com.au with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will action all valid requests within 30 days.

7. Platform Use

HospoMatch is a free service for workers. We do not charge you to create a profile or receive job matches. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the platform or your access at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

HospoMatch facilitates connections between workers and businesses. We do not guarantee employment or the accuracy of business listings. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Ebushi Pty Ltd (ABN 50 620 161 462) is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the platform or failure to secure employment.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
