HospoMatch is operated by Ebushi Pty Ltd (ABN 50 620 161 462), trading as HospoMatch. By accessing and using HospoMatch ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
HospoMatch reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
To use HospoMatch, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and lawful.
Businesses must be registered entities operating lawfully in Australia with valid ABN/ACN.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are liable for all activity under your account. You agree to:
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraud, or use the Service unlawfully. Terminated accounts will lose access to all features and data within 90 days unless legally required to retain it.

HospoMatch provides a platform for job matching, AI-assisted candidate screening, and hiring pipeline management. Key features include:
We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may conduct maintenance or updates with notice when possible. We are not liable for downtime, data loss during technical incidents, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
AI-generated match scores, suitability ratings, and screening recommendations are tools to assist decision-making, not guarantees of candidate suitability or job fit. Hiring decisions remain your responsibility. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or legality of AI assessments.
Plans are offered on a subscription basis (weekly billing, billed monthly). Pricing is displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and excludes GST unless stated.
Eligible users receive a 7-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial. Your subscription automatically begins after the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand.
You may cancel your subscription anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for unused portions of your subscription. Your data is retained for 90 days post-cancellation.
If payment fails, we will attempt to retry. Repeated failed payments may result in service suspension. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
Plans include monthly SMS and AI call limits. Exceeding these limits incurs overage charges at published rates. You are responsible for overage fees incurred under your account.
All content, software, designs, and technology on HospoMatch are the exclusive property of HospoMatch or licensed third parties. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer without permission.
By uploading content (resumes, photos, messages, feedback), you grant HospoMatch a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and improve our AI models. You retain ownership of your content and can request deletion.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use the Service for commercial purposes without written permission. Scraping, crawling, or automated access is prohibited.
HospoMatch is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Businesses using HospoMatch are solely responsible for complying with all employment laws, including:
HospoMatch does not provide legal compliance services. Non-compliance is the employer's legal responsibility.
Workers using HospoMatch retain full flexibility and are not employees of HospoMatch. Employment relationships are solely between workers and hiring businesses. HospoMatch does not:

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia for any legal proceedings arising from these terms or the Service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HospoMatch and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
HospoMatch integrates with third-party services (Stripe, Twilio, Retell, email providers) for payment processing, SMS, and AI capabilities. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their performance or conduct.
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
These Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HospoMatch regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
